4. Contact Forms

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided there (name, email address, phone number, studio name, city, Instagram handle, monthly revenue, goals and optional message) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of requests addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR).

Supabase (Database Hosting)

We use Supabase as a database hosting service for storing form inquiries. Supabase is a service of Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992. The servers are located in the EU. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b and f GDPR.

Within the framework of applicable legal provisions, you have the following rights at any time:

  • Right to Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You can request the correction of inaccurate or completion of your personal data stored by us.
